Cand. in Histor. Scien., Assistant Professor Zafar Bayramov Rafiq
He was born on 07 April 1954 in Yerevan.
1961-1971 he studied at secondary school № 8 in Baku.
In 1975 he graduated from the faculty of History of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute.

In 1979 he worked at the department of “International Relations” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics. In 1989 he defended his dissertation and received a scientific degree of candidate of historical sciences.
Currently he is an Associate Professor of “International Relations and Diplomacy” department.
He is married and has 2 children.
