Trainings of YELO Bank for UNEC students continues successfully.
“Your Success Formula” was the first topic of the Soft Skills training organized for the first-year part-time students within the framework of the cooperation of UNEC’s Department of Foreign Languages, Correspondence and Additional Education Center and YELO Bank.
During the training conducted by Nigar Ibadzadeh, the director of the Bank’s Human Capital Management team, students were given practical exercises consisting of “Life of Wheel” and “Values” parts. After discussions with the students, they were informed about important points in the direction of turning potential opportunities into success.
