“YumaX” – Azerbaijan’s First Mobile Car Wash Platform Among the Winners of the UNEC Startup Competition
The winners of the startup competition held among students at UNEC and financed through the university’s internal funds have been announced.
Among the nine projects selected from numerous innovative ideas is YumaX – Azerbaijan’s first Mobile Car Wash Service and Marketplace Platform.
Developed by third-year students of the Faculty of Digital Economy, Ignat Kalbiyev and Yunis Guliyev, the YumaX project aims to bring mobile car wash service providers together on a single digital platform. The platform itself does not deliver physical services; instead, it ensures more efficient management of the sector through technological infrastructure and a marketplace model.
YumaX operates by allowing customers to place car wash orders at their preferred location via a web platform, with a mobile application planned for the next phase. Mobile car wash teams then accept these orders and carry out the service on-site.
