The new Tutorial for ASUE Students
The manual “Geo- economics” by the founder of Russian Geo- economics and the Head of the Center for Strategic Investigation of Geo- economics of Russian Scientific Research Institute under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Russian Federation E.G.Kochetov was translated into Azerbaijani at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
The tutorial was translated by the Head of the Chair “International Economics”, PhD in Economy Azar Rzayev. Formation sources and principles of rapidly changing world, theoretical and methodological foundation, philosophical views of fundamental principles in the future changes was briefly explained in the manual. At the same time, for the first time in the world of science and education the vibrant view of the global world has been described so that, here the man’s real and rational activity geo- economics occupy important place, arranges the essence of globalization and determines the entire course of historical development of mankind in the new century; harmonic transition of the economic human of the XX Century (homo economicus) to the Geo- economic human (homo geoeconomicus) of the XXI Century.
Geo- economics is an independent economic and political course educated as a specialization in the “World Economy” in the higher education institutions of economic profile.
