Mustafayev Mahmud Naccar
He was born on April 25 1973 in Baku.
He studied in the School of Physical Education and Sports of Azerbaijan State Institute of Physical Education and specialized in Judo within 1990-1994.
He also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Organization of Customs from the School of Economics Relations of Azerbaijan State University of Economics in the years of 2001-2005.
He served an operator in the State Security Service within 1996-1997.
Within 2000-2006 Mustafayev worked a trainer in the Sports Club “Economist” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

He started his performance as a Head of the Sports Club “Economist” since 01.11.2016.
He is married, has got 3 children.
