The UNEC staff visited the Alley of Honor on the occasion of commemorating the Nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev. The UNEC staff commemorated the memory of Great Leader, the architect and the founder of the independent Azerbaijan State with respect and laid flowers and circlet of flowers at his grave.
