The American scientist, who devoted most of her life to studying happiness facts, has revealed the secrets of being happy with her report. Naming feeling the happiness and sharing it with the people around as a science, she pointed out the possibility of possessing this science. Drawing attention to the fact that she had been exploring the phenomenon of happiness for a long time, Dr. Emiliana R. Simon-Thomas said that the people understanding better what they say, paying attention regularly to what they are doing at the moment feel happiness more often in their everyday life.
We would like to note that Dr. Emiliana R. Simon-Tomas will hold free training on “Science of Happiness” at UNEC on April 5 and 6. The trainings will provide information on the ways to manage happiness, to raise this ability consciously and to self – develop it. At the same time, using different strategies to increase personal happiness, assessment and development of mental attendance against stress, as well as ways to establish interpersonal relationships will be explained.
