Personal cabinets have been opened for all teachers and students, lesson schedules, syllabus, subject groups, teaching materials, admission of free papers, appeals, exam timetables and examinations were electronized in the branch.
The following modules are currently being applied at UNEC within the EDUMAN system, which provides extensive opportunities for the evaluation and management of the quality of teaching:

– Appeal system (apellyasiya.unec.edu.az)

– Module “Admission of foreigners” (admission.unec.edu.az) electronic management systems
– Student Cabinet (kabinet.unec.edu.az)
– Teacher Cabinet (muallim.unec.edu.az)
– DOCNET – Electronic document circulation system
– Electronic Scholarship Module (teqaud.unec.edu.az)
– “Teacher rating system” (reytinq.unec.edu.az)
Implementation of these modules and systems in Zaqatala branch of UNEC also will provide performance of functionality of sections as e-lesson schedules, subject catalogs, academic calendar, electronic submission and evaluation of free works, continuous integration of student data (mobility) in SEC, electronic journals, e-learning materials, reports, curriculum, transcripts, announcements and notices, user creation, student cabinet, teacher cabinet, appeals, preparation and protocoling of scholarships, test preparation, exam registration and alumni.
It should be noted that http:/birpencere.unec.edu.az system has been launched since 15.04.2019 at EDUMAN system. Through this system, students will be able to obtain all required reference during their study (academic transcripts, study certificates, etc.) and applications by appealing from their personal cabinet.
