Criteria ranking of UNEC in “Times Higher Education” rankings
UNEC ranked 619th among world universities and first in Azerbaijan on “Times Higher Education” “THE IMPACT Ranking” which is one of the most influential rating agencies in the world.
“The IMPACT Ranking” measures the performance of the world’s universities according to 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of UN.
UNEC ratings are based on the following criteria:
According to the goal of “Decent work and economic growth” (inclusive and sustainable economic growth of universities, promotion of employment and decent work for all) – it is among the best 201-300 universities in the world.
According to the goal of “Quality education” (Impact of universities on education in society) – it is among the best 401-600 universities in the world.
According to the goal of “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure” (creation of a strong university infrastructure, promotion of inclusive and sustainable industrialization and support for innovation development) – it is among the best 401+ universities in the world.
It is among the best 401-600 universities in the world on the “Partnership for Goals” (Expanding partnerships between governments, the private sector and civil society at the global level for the successful implementation of the university’s sustainable development agenda).
