UNEC will organize online trainings to further increase the knowledge and skills of lecturers in the field of distance learning.
Trainings on “Organization and methodological support of education in distance education” will be held from August 31 to September 4, 2020. The trainings will be conducted by Azerbaijani scientists from the universities of North Dakota, Kansas, George Washington, Clemson, Radford and Lugano University in Switzerland, as well as professors from Anadolu University, which has the most experience in distance education in Turkey. Trainers’ presentations will be translated into four languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish) and sent to the e-mail addresses of the participants.
10 speakers will make a speech at the trainings on “Distance education: similarities and differences with traditional education”, “Information-resource provision of distance education: electronic resources and online services”, “Ensuring interactivity in distance education (methods of organizing and conducting lectures”, “Rules of free work in distance education” , “Teaching methods that increase student motivation in distance education”, “Effective extracurricular communication with students in distance education (Google Classroom program)”, “Organization and evaluation methods of seminars using modern methods”. Trainers’ presentations will be translated into four languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish) and sent to the e-mail addresses of the participants.
At the end of the 4-day training, participants will receive certificates.
The trainings are free of charge and the academic staff from other higher education institutions, as well as UNEC teachers, can register and participate.
