In 1982-1992, she received secondary education at school No. 247.
In 1993, she entered the faculty of International Law and Relations of Baku State University.
In 2007 she defended her thesis on International Law.
She is a PhD in Law.

She is currently a senior lecturer at the department of Economic Law at UNEC.
