She was born on June 26, 1960.
In 1977-1981 she studied at the faculty of Commodity Studies of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade.
In 1985-1994, she worked as a commodity expert and deputy chairman for personnel at the Consumer Cooperation of Tartar region.
In 1995, she worked as a teacher, senior lecturer at the Baku State Commodity-Commercial Institute.

She has been an acting associate professor since 2002.
Since 2005 she has been working as a teacher, senior teacher of the “Trade” department.
In 2006 she defended her thesis on economics.
At present, she is an associate professor of the “Organization of trade and customs” department.
She is the author of 1 monograph, 6 subject programs, 3 textbooks and 24 scientific articles, participated in the translation of 2 books.
