UNEC’s Inclusive education model was presented at an international event in Turkey

Sevinj Mahsimova, coordinator of the Inclusive Education Center of UNEC, participated in the congress of the International Global Disability Foundation held in Istanbul, Turkey.
The congress organized by the Global Disability Foundation (GEF) was on the topics of “Accessible tourism”, “Accessible educational institutions and Inclusive education”.
At the event attended by representatives of 11 countries of the world, Sevinj Mahsimova spoke about the experience of the UNEC Inclusive Education Center on the application of universal standards.
The event plan for 2022 was discussed at the congress. In the discussions, it was decided to prepare the inclusive education experience of UNEC along with the leading universities of Turkey in accordance with the international universal higher education standards and present it to Turkey’s YOK institution.
