October 14 was the commemoration day of UNEC graduate, martyr of the Patriotic War, Abil Jabizadeh, who was martyred for the freedom of Karabakh.
On the commemoration day of Jabizade Abil, the UNEC team visited the grave of the martyr in Shahidler Khiyaban in Sumgayit city. Associate Professor Elman Jafarov, Dean of the Faculty of Digital Economy, Ilgar Rajabov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Standardization and Certification, Rufat Süleymanlı, Chairman of the Turkish Institute of Technology, and active students paid tribute to the dear memory of the martyr and laid wreaths and flowers in front of his grave.
