UNEC is the first in Azerbaijan according to QS Sustainability Ranking 2024
QS Sustainability Ranking 2024 prepared for the second time has been announced.
For the first time, UNEC was included in the ranking of 1403 universities from 95 countries. UNEC was the 1st university in Azerbaijan, 327th in Asia, and 1051-1100 in the world.
The QS Sustainability Ranking consists of three main parts: Environmental Impact Factor, Social Impact Factor, and Governance.
UNEC is the 305th university in the world according to the “Environmental sustainability” indicator, the 638th according to the “Equality” indicator, and the 504th according to the “Governance” indicator.
29 percent of the data used to determine the ranking is provided by universities, and 71 percent is collected by QS, referring to official sources and the country’s international sustainability ranking indicators.
The QS Sustainability Ranking has a 5 percent share in the QS World University Rankings.
