A memorandum on cooperation is signed between UNEC and ARPA
A memorandum on cooperation has been signed between UNEC and Azerbaijan Accountants and Risk Professionals Association (ARPA).
Before the signing, discussions were held between the rector of UNEC Professor Adalat Muradov, and the chairman of ARPA Public Union Gunay Shahbazova about possible cooperation opportunities. The importance of increasing interest in the fields of insurance, banking, accounting, and certification exams, organizing propaganda work in this field, as well as ensuring cooperation for the development of students as professional specialists was emphasized. It was also noted that one of the main goals is cooperation between ACCA-accredited UNEC and ARPA-accredited “Professional Accountant Organization” in the direction of Professional Certification of Accountants.
Then a memorandum was signed between the parties. In the memorandum, the involvement of ARPA employees in advanced training, certificate, and mini-specialization programs which are offered by UNEC, the participation of students in ARPA’s internship programs, etc. are planned.
