Book discussions: “Mathematical analysis-3. Theory of functions with real and complex variables”
The next discussion within the series of events called “Book Discussions at UNEC” was organized by the Department of “Mathematics and Statistics” and supported by the Library Information Center.
“Mathematical analysis-3. Speaking at the opening of the discussion of the book “Theory of functions with real and complex variables”, the head of the department, prof. Natig Ahmadov spoke about the important role of mathematical research methods and modeling in any field of science. He pointed out that mathematics has become a precise research method for other sciences, a tool for extremely clear formulation of concepts and problems, and emphasized that the level of development of sciences in modern times is determined by the degree of use of mathematical apparatus in those sciences.
Then the associate professors of the department T. Guluzadeh, S. Akbarova spoke about the fact that the Azerbaijan book is a valuable teaching aid for teaching the subject “Complex analysis” to students studying in the specialty “Computer science”.
