In a meeting with the rector of UNEC, Professor Adalat Muradov, the rector of Istanbul University was given detailed information about the educational opportunities of digital UNEC, its position in international rankings, international relations, scientific activity, teaching process, electronic library resources, differential salary system, etc.
Then, ideas were exchanged between both universities on possible directions of cooperation. A preliminary agreement was reached between UNEC and Istanbul University on establishing cooperation on doctoral education, the possibility of joint use of electronic library resources, the exchange of experience of teachers and employees, and other directions
