UNEC Rector: “Our Goal is to build up the Elite Education in UNEC”
Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Professor Adalat Muradov met with the first year students of the International School of Economics.
Rector informed the students about the innovations and the teaching process conducted in the university. He spoke about the advantages of the International School of Economics. Rector said the teaching process in here was absolutely adapted to the Western Universities’ programs. Training in English helps students to become the personnel required in the labor market. Rector also added that currently International School of Economics provides education on 5 Undergraduate Programs and 2 Graduate Programs and noted them to be increased in future.
Saying “Our goal is to build up the elite education in UNEC”, Rector emphasized that the student and the teaching staffs are of great importance in increasing our University’s prestige.
Speaking about the self- realization to the students, Rector informed them about the Innovative Business Incubator. At the same time he urged them to take active part in the social life of the university and to use the opportunities of online Radio UNEC aiming to spend efficient spare time.
Note: 175 students were enrolled to the International School of Economics. 51 of 104 students entered UNEC with more than 600 points chose the International School of Economics. The average score of the students entered is 538. Average score in Finance is 613 and in Accounting 590.
