Gulnara Fazil gizi Huseynova
Born on October 29, 1985, in Baku.
She pursued her bachelor’s studies in Azerbaijani Language and Literature at Baku State University from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, she completed a master’s degree in Azerbaijani Literature at Ganja State University between 2006 and 2008. From 2008 to 2011, she continued her academic journey as a doctoral student at Ganja State University.
Her professional career began in 2010 when she worked as an author and editor at Azerbaijan Television until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, she contributed as a presenter, editor, and project author at APA Holding and APA TV.

Since 2016, she has been serving at the Ministry of Science and Education in various capacities, including PR Specialist, staff member of the Public Relations Department, Head of the Multimedia Department of the “Azərbaycan Müəllimi” newspaper, and as a presenter and editor for Education TV. Additionally, she held the position of Press Secretary at the Yuksalish (Yüksəliş) Public Union in 2020–2021.
In 2023, she served as a lecturer at Baku Slavic University, teaching courses on New Media, Modern Media Tools, and Digital Media in the Department of Journalism. She is also a trainer specializing in effective communication, professional correspondence, eloquent speech, speech culture, and conversational skills.
At present, she is a full-time lecturer at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) in the Department of Career Planning and Development.
