Saleh Hasanov is a member of the Board of the Azerbaijan Human Resources Association. He serves as a lecturer in the “Career Planning and Development” Department at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
He has successfully completed the International Labour Organization’s “Training of Trainers” program and is a certified business trainer and consultant. In addition, he has served as the head of the Human Resources Department in the private sector.

Mr. Hasanov holds a certificate in “Training of Trainers – Soft Skills” awarded through a project conducted by the UNEC Lifelong Learning Center in collaboration with Israel and Azerbaijan.
He has also contributed as a trainer, delivering soft skills training to over 500 administrative and academic staff members at UNEC.
