Date of Birth: July 2, 1994, Baku, Azerbaijan
Completed his secondary education at Lyceum No. 43. Between 2011 and 2015, he pursued a bachelor’s degree in Caucasus Regional Studies at the Faculty of History at Baku State University. In 2016–2018, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).

Between 2016 and 2018, he worked as a Specialist in the Marketing and Procurement Departments at Ideal Company and later as an Executive at Standard Insurance. From 2018 to 2019, he fulfilled his mandatory military service in the State Border Service.
From 2021 to 2024, he served as the Head of the Human Resources Department at the Scientific Research Institute under the Ministry of Defense Industry.
Currently, Ismayil Mammadov is a part-time lecturer at the “Career Planning and Development” Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
