Born in 1986 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
She graduated from Secondary School No. 19 in Baku in 2004 and was admitted to the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) in the same year, majoring in “Economics and Management of Production and Service Sectors.” In 2017, she continued her studies at the master’s level at UNEC, specializing in Management.

She began her professional career in 2005 at the State Aerogeodesy Enterprise.
Currently, she serves as a Senior Specialist in the Human Resources Department of the “Baku Main Health Center,” a public legal entity under the Human Resources and Legal Affairs Department.
Ms. Mahmudzada is also a lecturer in the “Career Planning and Development” Department at UNEC.
