UNEC Lecturer’s Book on Karabakh Published by a UK Academic Publisher

The book “Material Culture of the Early Bronze Age of the Mil-Karabakh Region of Azerbaijan”, authored in English by Associate Professor of UNEC’s “Humanities” Department, Ph.D. in History, Jamila Hasanova, has been published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing (CSP), an academic publishing house based in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.

The book explores the archaeology of the Mil-Karabakh region, one of the oldest territories of Azerbaijan, during the Early Bronze Age. It provides an in-depth analysis of the burial sites and settlements from this period, highlighting the material cultural artifacts discovered in the region. Additionally, the author examines the natural-geographical characteristics of the area and traces the history of its archaeological research.
