About the “Year of Skills”

In 2023, the European Commission has designated it as the “Year of Skills”. Within this context, the event titled “Increasing Skills for the Green Transition in Eastern Partnership Countries” was conducted, jointly organized by UNIDO, UNEP, OECD, and UNECE.
Our Center actively participated in this event, presenting insights into the “Baku Resource Efficiency and Cleaner Production” clubs established under our auspices. During our participation, we also discussed the challenges and prospects associated with the activities of these clubs.
