ASUE Employee in the International Scientific and Technical Conference
Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universitetinin (ADİU) Qida məhsulları texnologiyası kafedrasının dosenti Elza Omarova Belarus Mogilyov Ərzaq Universitetində “Qida məhsullarının texnologiyası və texnikası” mövzusunda keçirilən X Beynəlxalq elmi-texniki konfransında iştirak edib.
The Associated Professor of the Department “Technology of Food-stuff Elza Omarova attended X International Scientific and Technical Conference on “Technology and Techniques of the Food Stuff” held in the Food University of Magilyov, Belarus. Scientific researches on different areas had been discussed during the conference.
E.Omarova took part in the discussions on investigation of the study of the technological properties of various food products, technological processes to improve production technology,development of new technologies in food products, rational food problemand ways to increase the biological value of food products. She was awarded with the special diploma for her participation in the conference.
The delegations from Moscow State University of Management and Technology named after G.Razumovski, Azabu University of Japan, Technical University of Moldova, the Scientific-Research Institute on Meat Industry of Russia named after V.M.Gorbatova, Grodni State University named after YankiKupali and others attended the conference.
