Memorandum between ASUE and the Universities of France
On April 2 the delegation consisting of the heads of the Higher education institutions of France headed by the President of the Strasburg University Allen Berets visited Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Rector of ASUE, Dr. Adalat Muradov informed the guests about the University in detail. Discussion on the joint cooperation opportunities, dual diploma and teaching and student staffs’ exchange were made during the meeting. Views on the expansion of bilateral research with the universities of France were exchanged and the possibility of publishing both parties’ teaching staff’s articles in the scientific journals of ASUE and the universities of France were also discussed.
A.Muradov offered to establish the France and Azerbaijan Management School at ASUE in future, noting to the teaching of the Management major in the higher education institutions of France to be of higher level.
The President of the Strasburg University Allen Berets noted the importance of the research in the fields of Economics and Management. He pointed the necessity of research exchange between the two Universities.
Then the Memorandum of Understanding between the Rouen University and the Reims Champagne – Ardenne University and ASUE were signed. Organization of the exchange of teaching and students staffs’ and joint education programs between the universities are planned within the both documents.
