The Commemorative Lesson related with Khojali Genocide by the “Department of the Russian Language” of ASUE
On February 25 the undergraduates of the School of Accounting were presented a memorial lesson devoted to Khojali Massacre by the Department of the Russian Language of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Firstly, the victims of the tragedy were honored with a minute’s silence. Then the teaching staff of the Department Ismailova Konul delivered the students information about Khojali Massacre. She noted the genocide carried out in Khojali to be the most heinous crimes against mankind and humanity; emphasized the importance of political and legal assessment of the massacre by the international community.
Then the undergraduates shared their views on the tragedy. The commemorative lesson went on with the poems and a song devoted to martyr Elshen Abdullayev by the students.
A film dedicated to Khojali Genocide was demonstrated in the end.
