ASUE Students participate in the “Republic Festival of Young Confectioners”
“Young Confectioners’ Republic Festival” dedicated to the I European Game has been organized in Shaki on the eve of the II International Traditional Festival of Sweets. About 10 higher and specialized schools participated at the festival organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism National Culinary Center, Azerbaijan National Cuisine Association, Ministry of Education and Baku specialized lyceum №12.
Sweeties and cakes prepared by the students were demonstrated during the event. Since the festival was dedicated to the I European Games, separate types of games were reflected on the sweets.
A third- year undergraduate students of the School of Technology and Design and the Head of the Department Technology of Food Stuff Gulnisa Abbasbayli and Fakhriyya Zeynalova took part at the festival.
ASUE students and employees were awarded with the diplomas of ANCA.
