A memorandum is signed between “Azerlotereya” JSC and UNEC
On January 25, the signing ceremony of the memorandum of cooperation was held between Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and “Azerlotereya” JSC, a legal lottery organizer and sports betting operator.
The rector, Professor Adalat Muradov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Azerlotereya” JSC Zafer Reisoglu, relevant structural leaders of the university, and representatives of “Azerlotereya” participated in the event organized at UNEC.
The rector of UNEC Professor Adalat Muradov expressed confidence that the cooperation with “Azerlotereya”, which occupies an important place in the country’s economy in the non-oil sector, will be successful for both parties, and that this cooperation will bring important contributions to the country and the Turkish world at the same time. Pointing out that UNEC attaches special importance to cooperation with the real sector, the rector emphasized that cooperation is important in terms of students getting to know the real business world, increasing career opportunities, as well as improving the practical skills of teachers.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Azerlotereya” JSC Zafer Reisoglu emphasized in his speech that joint activity is of great importance in terms of training qualified personnel who play a decisive role in the development of the business environment in our country and creating favorable opportunities for researching the scientific and practical foundations of successful management methodologies: As “Azerlotereya”, we dedicate a special place to education in our corporate social responsibility projects. We, as “Azerlotereya”, will open all our resources and platforms to the academic staff and students of the University of Economics for the investigation of the scientific-methodical basis of our “know-how” approach and management methodology and the formation of “case studies”. After the speeches, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Azerlotereya” JSC Zafer Reisoglu, and the rector of UNEC Professor Adalat Muradov signed a memorandum.
According to the document, it is planned to implement joint projects between the parties, to create an opportunity for students to get internships, to provide professional training for “Azerlotoreya” employees, to organize pieces of training to increase the practical knowledge of teachers, and to cooperate in other areas.
