She was born in 1972 in Baku.
In 1989, she left secondary school No. 91 with a silver medal.
In 1989 she entered the Turkish department of the faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University named after M.A. Rasulzade. After graduating from the same university in 1994 with honors, she became a philologist, teacher of Turkish and Russian languages and literature, and a translator.
In 1997 she entered the faculty of Finance and Credit of Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2001 she graduated with honors.
In 1993-1994 she worked as a laboratory assistant at the “Russian language” department of Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics. In 1994-1996 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the same department.
From 1996 to 2001, she worked as a translator for the company of “Baku Airways”.
From 2001 to 2012 she worked as a teacher at the “Russian language” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics. In 2012, she was appointed senior lecturer of the department.
She has been a senior lecturer at the Russian Language department of UNEC.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the UNEC Department of Foreign Languages.
