Senior lecturer, Babayev Nusrat Salman
He was born on July 1, 1960 in Mamyrli village of Tartar region.
In 1966, he entered the secondary school of Mamyrli village, Tartar region.
In 1976, he finished secondary school with excellent grades.
In 1976, he entered the Azerbaijan Technical University (the former Polytechnic Institute named after C. Ildırım).
In 1982, he graduated from that University and received the engineering and systems engineering qualification. In the same year, he was assigned to the Accounting Center of the Ministry of Finance of AR.
From November 22, 1982, he worked in the Accounting Center of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a systems engineer and head of machinery.
From 30.06.1986 to 28.12.1987, he worked as a shift leader in the Calculation Center.
On 28.12.1987, by transfer, he was appointed to the position of head of the Department of Automatic Processing of Insurance Information of the State Insurance General Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1989-1990, he graduated from the Azerbaijan University of Marxism-Leninism with a red diploma and received a higher education in Political Economy.
From January 2, 1992, he was appointed as the head of the computerization department established in the Commercial Insurance Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and at the same time as the advisor to the Chairman.
On April 16, 2001, he was appointed as the general director of the “Shafa” State Medical Insurance Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which was established according to the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Medical Insurance”.
On January 13, 2003, he was appointed as the director of the “Shafa” State Medical Insurance Agency of the State Insurance Commercial Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 01.08.2008 to 2012, he worked as the director of the “Shafa” State Medical Insurance Branch of the State Insurance Commercial Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

From 2004 to 2011, he worked as an hourly teacher at the “Finance” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Since 2011, he worked as a teacher at the University of Economics.
From 2012 to 2014, he worked as the chairman of the board of directors of “Royal Insurance” OJSC.
From 20.04.2022, he was transferred to the position of head teacher of that department.
From 2014 to the present, he has been working on an hourly basis at the Department of International Economics of Baku State University and since 2021 as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Finance and Management.
Since 2021, he has been working as a senior lecturer at “Odlar Yurdu” University.
From 2018 to the present, he works as a substitute head teacher at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.
From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a senior lecturer at Baku Engineering University.
Since 2021, he has been working as a substitute head teacher at West Caspian University.
Currently, he is the head teacher of the Department of Finance and Audit of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He participated in numerous International and Republican scientific conferences with scientific articles.
He is a Ph.D. student of UNEC. He is the author of 23 scientific articles.
His scientific articles have been published in Web sciences and Scopus publications.
He is married and has two children.
