Victims of Khojali Massacre have been commemorated in the School of International Economic Relations
Event dedicated to the 24th anniversary of Khojali massacre have been held in the School of International Economic Relations of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). Genocide victims’ memories have been marked with a minute’s silence during the event.
Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations, Assistant Professor Mansur Barkhudarov characterized the Khojali tragedy as the most severe tragedy of the XX Century in Azerbaijan. The director of the Enlightenment Department of Azerbaijan Television Sefo Abbasov said Azerbaijan people should hold his head upright and overcome the Armenian aggressors.
Afterwards, the I year undergraduates have made presentations “Strategic position as the Major Review of the Khojali Tragedy”, “Memorial” Legal Defense Center’s report about Khojali tragedy, recognition of Khojali tragedy in international area.
