This year, 12 Presidential Scholarship recipients have joined UNEC
For the 2024-2025 academic year, 12 students enrolling at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) have been honored with the prestigious Presidential Scholarship.
For the first time, a student from the first specialty group has been recognized as a Presidential Scholar. Nijat Shirinov, who earned an exceptional score of 692.8, will study “Information Security” (taught in English) at the Faculty of Digital Economy. Notably, he also achieved the highest score among all students at the university this year.
Ten other scholarship recipients have chosen the “Finance” program at the International School of Economics (ISE), while one student will pursue the same program at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting.
