Abilova Arzu Sabir
She was born on August 10, 1963 in Baku.
In 1970-1980 she studied at the secondary school No. 2 in Baku, in 1977-1980 at the All-Union Correspondence Mathematical School of the Pedagogical Academy of the USSR under the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 1980-1985, she graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of tAzerbaijan State University named after Kirov with a degree in mathematics.
In 1999-2001 she graduated with honors from the Finance and Credit Faculty of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (2nd specialty).
In 1985-1992 she worked at the Institute of Space Research, in 1992-2001 at the Information Center of Azerbaijan State University of Economics – as an engineer.
She worked at TIS-LTD in 1994-1996 and at TIS-Bank in 1994-1996; in 1997-1999 she worked as a contract accountant at the electronics company “Nina”.
In 2001-2006 she worked as the head of the laboratory in the scientific-practical laboratory of the departments of “Banking and Banking” and “Finance” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2000-2001 she worked as a lecturer at the College of Planning and Economics with an employment contract.
Since 2001 she has been working as a lecturer at the “Information Economics and Technologies” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

In 2004-2006, she worked as a lecturer at the Turkish faculty on the subject of “Introduction to Computer” in the specialties “Business” and “International studies”.
She has scientific works as scientific-methodological works titled “Application of information technology in the teaching of humanities”, and methodological “Market Manager”.
She has had trainings on “Gender in Globalization, Economy and Ecology”, “Gender Aspects in Cultural Studies and Linguistics”, “Gender and Information Communication Technologies” .
She is married and has two children.
