Advanced functional materials were created based on the Decision No. 194 of the meeting of the Scientific Council of Azerbaijan State University of Economics of the UNEC Scientific Research Center dated April 16, 2024 and the order of the Rector of UNEC No. 252/3/2024.
According to the order of UNEC Rector No. 252/3/2024 dated March 14, 2024, the center is managed on public grounds by the corresponding member of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, prof. Babanli Muhammed Baba.
