Senior lecturer, Efendi Leyli Jahangir
She was born on February 23, 1962 in the city of Baku.
In 1979, she left secondary school No. 134 in Baku. In the same year she entered Azerbaijan State University (now Bali State University) and in 1984 she graduated from the educational institution majoring in philologist on “Russian language and literature”. She graduated with a degree in “Teacher of Russian language and literature.”
In September 1984, she was hired as a laboratory assistant at the Russian language department of the Baku Higher Party School. In 1990, she was transferred to the position of senior teacher of the same department, where she worked until 1996.
In 1996-1999 she worked as a senior lecturer at the “Russian language” department of Baku Higher Military School.
In September 2000,she was hired to the department of “Russian language” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

She worked as a senior lecturer at the “Russian language” department of UNEC.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the UNEC Department of Foreign Languages.
She is the author of 33 research articles published in various journals.
