She was born on April 10, 1976, in Kalinino city of the Republic of Armenia.
In 1992, he graduated from secondary school No. 213 in Baku.
In 1992, he entered the faculty of Law of Baku State University.
In 1997 he graduated from the Law faculty of Baku State University.

At present, he works as a teacher at the “Economic Law” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
