13 employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources graduate from UNEC’s “Leadership” mini-MBA program
Within the framework of the memorandum signed between UNEC and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Mini-MBA certificate program on “Leadership” for 13 employees of the ministry has been completed.
In the 6-month program organized by the Lifelong Education Center of UNEC, the employees of the ministry were trained in leadership and management, team building and organizational behaviour formation mechanism, effective management methods of financial and human resources, as well as the establishment of an organizational culture integrated with the demands of the modern era and digitalization.
The program was conducted by UNEC professionals who received qualification certificates for the “Soft Skills: Training of Trainers” international program in Israel.
Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Rauf Hajiyev, Vice-Rector of UNEC, Associate Professor Fariz Ahmadov, who participated in the certificate presentation ceremony, congratulated the graduates of the program, expressed their confidence that the knowledge and skills they acquired will play an important role in their future activities, and wished them success.
After the speeches, the employees of the ministry were presented with certificates.
