Aliyeva Narqiz Amiraslan
She was born in 1964 in Alibeyli village of Aghdam district.
In 1980, after graduating from school No 176 in Baku, she entered the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
In 1985 she graduated from the same institute with honors.
From 1985 to 2000 she worked in the Credit department of the National Bank of Azerbaijan.

Since May 2001 she has worked as a lecturer at the department of “Price and Pricing” at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. She is currently a teacher at the department of “ Economics and Management of the Social Sphere”.
Married and has two children.
