Aliyeva Ruhiyya Ogtay
She was born in 1976 in the city of Gazakh.
In 1997, she graduated from the Baku Institute of Social Management and Political Science with a bachelor’s degree, and in 2006 from Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a master’s degree in International Business.
From 1999 to 2016 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of Political Science and International Economics (in English), and from 2016 to 2021 as a specialist and department head at the Russian School of Economics of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
R.O. Aliyeva has been a part-time teacher at the university for several years, and from 2021 she has been working as a lecturer at the department of Economics of UNEC Russian School of Economics.
She participated in various training and received certificates. She has made reports at national and international scientific conferences. In 2017, she was awarded first place in the article competition held among doctoral students as a part of the “Science Month” at UNEC. Her 21 articles and theses have been published in foreign and national scientific publications.
