Elnara Yusif gizi Mammadova
From 1995 to 2000, she received her bachelor’s education at the Faculty of Administrative Management at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2000 to 2002, she pursued a master’s degree in Engineering Economics and Management at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.
She is a doctoral student at Sumgait State University. Her doctoral dissertation topic is “Enhancing the Efficiency of Innovation Activities in Small and Medium Enterprises.”
Until June 2019, she worked as a press relations specialist in the Public Relations Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Since June 2019, she has been appointed as the head of the Public Relations Department.
She is a member of the organizing committee of the International Scientific Conference for Masters and Doctoral Students in the Field of Economics and Management, held annually at UNEC.
She is also a member of the organizing committee of the International Scientific Conference on New Directions of Activity in Academic Libraries.
