Acceptance of documents for re-higher education is carried out online only through the https://portal.edu.az/ and http://www.kabinet.unec.edu.az portals. Those who wish to be admitted to the mentioned specialties submit the required documents online through the https://portal.edu.az/ and then http://www.kabinet.unec.edu.az portals, and they must meet the relevant requirements. In this case, they gain the right to receive higher education again.
Acceptance of documents will be carried out from May 17 to August 31, 2023.
Those who wish to re- higher education must submit the following documents in electronic form:
- APPLICATION to the name of the Rector;
- A notarized copy of the document (diploma) on higher education (together with the diploma supplement);
- 3×4 cm photograph;
- Copy of identity card.
NOTE: People who received higher education in foreign countries after 1993 can receive higher education again at the university only after their diplomas are recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
