Acceptance of documents for those who want to be reinstated to UNEC begins

The acceptance of documents for the reinstatement of students who returned from academic leave and were expelled to UNEC is announced.

Applications for renewal are accepted from July 5 to September 5, 2024.

Required documents:

  • Application in the name of the Rector (indicating the faculty, specialty, year of study and contact number);
  • a copy of the identity card (if there is a change of surname or name, a certificate of change or marriage must be attached);
  • copy of military ID;
  • copy of payment receipt in case of tuition fee arrears.

Documents should be submitted to the General Department (main academic building, room 101).

Documents can be sent in electronic form to [email protected]  e-mail address.

Note: The signature of the applicant must be noted in the electronic application written in the name of the rector, then the PDF of the document must be uploaded.

It should be noted that according to the “Rules on the transfer, expulsion, reinstatement and academic leave of medical education students at the bachelor’s and master’s levels of higher education institutions”, the reinstatement of expelled students is carried out during winter and summer holidays for a period of 15 years.
