Depending on the qualifications, foreigners can study in the following languages.

Admission of foreigners is carried out electronically. Candidates should apply to https://portal.edu.az/ website for admission.

For undergraduate

Certificate
Apostle of the certificate (if the certificate was obtained in a foreign country)
Notarized translation of the certificate into Azerbaijani (if the certificate is in a foreign language)
Passport

For a Master’s degree

Bachelor’s diploma, grade list and diploma supplement
Apostle and notarized translation of the bachelor’s diploma, grade list and diploma supplement (if the diploma was obtained in a foreign country)
