Candidate of philosophical sciences, Assist.Prof. Samedov Rauf Nabil
He was born in 1959 in Baku.
In 1966-1976 he studied at school No. 6 in the city of Baku.
After graduating from high school in 1976, he entered the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
After graduating from the university in 1981, he began working as a teacher at the “Scientific Communism” department of Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute (now the Azerbaijan Technical University).
In 1986-1989 he studied at the postgraduate course of the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. After successfully defending his dissertation in 1989, he received the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences.

In 1989-1993 he worked as a senior lecturer at the “Philosophy and Political Science” department of AzMU named after Ch. Ildrim.
After being called up from the reserve in October 1993, he served in the Special Department under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was discharged in September 1997.
In October 1997, he began working as a senior lecturer at the “Philosophy” department of Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics. In 2005, he passed the competition and was awarded the title of associate professor.
He is the author of more than 20 scientific and educational-methodical works.
In December 2016, gratitude was announced for the effective scientific-pedagogical and labor activities at UNEC.
