Gulnara Ilham gizi Ismayilova
Gulnara Ilham gizi Ismayilova was born in 1992 in Seyfali village, Shamkir district. Between 1999 and 2010, she pursued her education at the Mushvig Suleymanov Secondary School in Seyfali village. Following her graduation from secondary school in 2010, she was admitted to Qafqaz University (currently known as Baku Engineering University), where she successfully completed her undergraduate studies with distinction in 2015.
In the same year, Ms. Ismayilova commenced her postgraduate education at Vistula University in Poland. A year later, she transferred to the University of Warsaw, from which she graduated in 2018, earning a master’s degree in Management.

From 2015 to 2017, Ms. Ismayilova was employed as an Assistant Manager within the Mentoring Program at Vistula University. Subsequently, between 2017 and 2019, she served as a Senior Specialist in Human Resources at GRC Management Consulting. From 2019 to 2020, she held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.
Since 2021, Ms. Ismayilova has been serving as the Head of the Human Resources Evaluation Department at Azerbaijan Technical University. Additionally, since January 2019, she has been engaged as a part-time lecturer in the “Career Planning and Development” Department at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
