She was born in 1951 in Pirjivan village of Zangilan region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1973, she graduated from the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade (now the Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
In 1973, she started working as a teacher at the “Political Economy” department of the ASPI.
In 1990 she received a diploma of candidate of economic sciences / RD №035899, 08.00.01 /.
In 1998 she received a diploma of associate professor.

Since March 19, 2009 (extract №EC81) she is working on her doctoral thesis entitled “Theoretical and methodological problems of financial and monetary mechanisms of economic development strategy.”
She was a representative of the First Women’s Congress of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2004, she was awarded the “Khan gizi Natavan” award.
She is the author of 3 educational programs, 4 methodical aids, 1 book.
She has more than 80 articles and theses and participated in scientific conferences, as well as international conferences and has published articles in the materials of the international conference.
Married, has two children and two grandchildren.
