Cand. of Econ.Scien., Assoc.Prof., Mammadov Sahib Mammad
He was born on November 20, 1967, in the Garagala village of the Babek region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He graduated from the Ivanovo Weaving Institute named after M.V. Frunze (now Ivanovo Weaving Academy, Ivanovo, Russian Federation) in 1994.
In 1994-1997 he was a graduate student of the Ivanovo State Academy of Weaving (Ivanovo, Russian Federation).
In 1999 he defended his thesis at Ivanovo State University (Ivanovo, Russian Federation). He is a candidate of Economic sciences.
In 1998-1999 he worked as an engineer in the economic-information centre of the Ivanovo State Weaving Academy, in 1999-2000 as a senior lecturer in the “Management” department of the Ivanovo State Academy of Weaving.

From September 2000 to February 2005 he worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor at the “General Economics” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
From February 2005 to 2020 he was an associate professor at the Department of “Enterprise Economics”.
He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Theoretical and Practical Economics of UNEC.
He is the author of more than 35 scientific-methodical works.
