She was born on June 7, 1967, in Jalayir village of Agsu region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1985, she graduated from the Baku Planning and Accounting College with honors and entered the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade.
In 1990, she graduated with honors from the Baku branch of the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics named after N. Voznesensky (now UNEC).
In 1987-1995 she was a deputy of Kandova village council of Agsu region, in 1990-1995 she was a deputy of Agsu region council.
In 1991, she was appointed a candidate for a degree at the “Political Economy” department of the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute.
In 2004, she defended her thesis on “Lease relations in a market economy” and received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 1992-2001 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of Economic Theory, in 2001-2006 as a teacher, and since 2006 as a senior teacher.
She is currently an associate professor at the Department of Theoretical and Practical Economics.
She is the author of 3 programs, 23 scientific articles and theses. Participated in the translation of G. Menkyun’s textbook “Economics”.
Her research work “Features of macroeconomic alternative policy development” prepared by the order of the National Bank was positively evaluated, participated in international conferences and published articles in the materials of those conferences.
Married and has two children.
